Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Person Centred, Reality Therapy, Somatic Therapy and more specific psychoeducation working with ones mind, body and spirit. Been licenced, Continuous Personal Development Accredited Provider, online directory certified member and have experience working with different Mental Health communities, youths and individuals through self-awareness and individual progressive plans. I undertake supervision, have indemnity insurance and regular personal therapy to work to the best of my abilities.
